As a church, we rely on word of mouth and our location as the primary avenues by which our ministry is publicized. People have many questions when looking for a church, and getting sufficient, accurate information to those who had interest was always a difficulty.

The design was more than I had hoped for, and I am pleased to have it represent our ministry. The customer service is great. In the process of the construction of the site communication between Magnolia Media and myself was more than adequate.

I had been having a lack of response for updates and creativity in design from my previous web designer. Since we chose Magnolia Media, we have received the best design and best service. They are very prompt with their site development and I really enjoyed the one on one meetings that led to a site designed for our business.

I am writing this letter to inform the reader of my experience with Magnolia Media. I am not what you would call computer savvy and just do not have the time to set up and manage a full scale website. I am ever further challenged when it comes to website layout and design.
Skip has been a pleasure to work with. They have been available to make changes to my website several times over the last few months of trying to piece my new website together. Skip has made numerous suggestions to help me maximize my website usability.

The turnaround time of the site development was excellent! I also feel the customer service from Magnolia Media should be the standard for all companies. Their technical skills were more than adequate to accomplish the look I wanted. Additionally they worked with me to achieve the look I desired.
The aspect I like most about Magnolia Media is their patience and willingness to work with the customer.

Prior to working with Skip and Katie, I wanted to have a website for my store, but I had no time to actually design and create a website. The Covans sketched a design plan which I edited and approved. Then they created the website, asking for my input all along.
I was amazed how quickly they were able to go from nothing to a live website! I just wish I had met them earlier!
Magnolia Media really comes through with their promises!
