Before working with Magnolia Media, my business e-mail accounts were troublesome. Three different accounts to manage was wasting my time. Magnolia Media organized my e-mail into an easy one step process. They created my business website in a timely, professional manner, and still continue to maintain it for me.
These people are design geniuses. Whenever I need my site updated, I contact them and within 24 hours it is complete. I am amazed at the professionalism this company portrays in all areas of their business!

I love you so much =) and I thank you for putting together my own new “web site”. It is simply beautiful. More importantly I have sold more books then ever =) . . . and my personal calendar is just filled with speaking engagements. I appreciate all your superb detailing and care you have put into creating such a grand web site =). It reflects my thoughts and ideas and you didn’t take anything away from what I believe. We were very pleased with the turnaround time and professionalism of the job. I think our site was up within 3 weeks of the acceptance of the proposal. Having sold professional websites before, I was astounded with the speed of the work.
Service really is Magnolia Media’s differentiator. Many businesses give that lip service, but it is certainly true of Skip’s dedication to providing EXACTLY what we wanted to accomplish with the site. There are always the “little things” that you tend to miss, and Magnolia Media was there at every turn to provide the tweaks necessary for true completion of our site.
Obviously we love the service, but the other factor that we tend to tell people about is your willingness to work with us with OUR concepts. The initial idea Skip went with spurred us to where we are now, and our site, we hope, communicates EXACTLY who we are—just good ol, down-home people who want to make signs for folks.
More than an amazingly talented designer, Skip is flexible enough to truly work with his clients, regardless of their backgrounds. The very best thing about Magnolia Media is that at no time have I ever felt like anything less than your most important client at any given time. That’s true service.

Other web designers could not get our site up and ready when we needed it done- which was less than a week- and their prices were too high. Magnolia Media accommodated us with our rush to develop and publish our site. It was up and running in less than half the time it should have taken.
The design and customer service were and are wonderful. I feel that we were listened to and given exactly what we wanted in our site. Skip has been so accommodating and wonderful to work with.
What I really like the most about my new website that it is perfect for our company and what we were striving to put out to our customers. We also like the idea of using a local business that we can speak to personally when needed.
